A challenge too far

There are challenges in life that you just have to rise to, and you feel great when you have achieved them. Ask me to carry tonnes of clay, get covered head to foot in plaster or slip, cope with freezing cold clay on your hands in winter, and bake to a crisp when its 40 degrees outside and you have to fire the kiln for 17 hours. Yep, all of those I can do happily. BUT, the most tormenting challenge that I have to face is publicity photo's!! Photograph's of my work, not a problem, love doing it. Photograph's of me, and my toes literally curl up with the stress of it. This is the best I could come up with without looking pained or slightly hysterical. Meet the artist:
